TWO SEPARATE PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED
Application execution fee - $35.00 per application payable by cash, check, or card, made payable to:
Passport fee - will need to be a check or money order only made payable to: US Department of State
Passport Book – used for any international travel
Age 16 and over - $130.00
Under 16 years of age - $100.00
Passport Card – border crossing by land and sea only – no air travel
Age 16 and over - $30.00
Under 16 years of age - $15.00
Optional fees
Expedite service $60.00 per application
Overnight return for the passport book only $23.36 per application
Fees are combined on the same check or money order for the passport fee
