Request a Postpartum Home Visit

Postpartum home visiting services are provided  FREE of cost to newly delivered  mothers and infants. Our Registered Nurse will address any concerns Mom has with postpartum care of herself or of the newborn. Information on post birth warning signs, lactation and breast feeding, safe sleep, period of purple crying and postpartum depression are reviewed . A sleep sack swaddle will be provided to you for your new infant and our nurse will put you in contact with any community resources that may be of help to you. Visits can be completed virtually via zoom or in person.
